How can i reduce my body weight & pimples from my face?

i go 2 school ii do not get time. any fast treatment.
Answer:
Lay off the grease.
Sauna..1hr 3 times a week.makes u sweat and cleans your pores.
Try calorie counting and just make sure you don't eat too much bad stuff in one day and you can put off weight without actually having to work out...as for the pimples I'd suggest washing your face in the morning and night every day and go to a dermatologist and ask for Finacea...it works really well without drying your face out
avoid oily food and junk food and wash the face regularly .
1.wash your face whenever possible(even before bed)
2.Use a standard soap.Do not use too many cosmetics.
3.if the oil on your face is not controlled consult a doctor.
try to go school on foot. dont use lifts, prefer fruits and vegetables,Physical workout is good for your both problems , so play outdoor games, visit to a dermatologist or a skin specialist as soon as possible
Add one tbsp of honey with one tbsp of lime juice mix it and have it twice a day you will find a change in your body weight.
wash your face five to six times a day in cold water with a week of time you will find some difference.
Do not pinch or squeeze the pimples. Allow them to disappear on their own. At the most, you can wash your face with a decoction of neem leaves. For reducing your body wt, you should drink atleast 4 litres of water and exercise in the gym for atleast 45 minutes or do yogasans for atleast one hour in the morning. Dinner should be frugal with less or no carbohydrates like rice, chappatis and potatoes.
