go to a drug store like london drugs and look for special nasal gel that you can put into your nose (it is kind of like vasaline) Comes in a tube like toothpaste (but a lot smaller- it white with red writing...) I don't remember what it's called-sorry..You could always ask the ppl at the pharamcy to help you find something.
I had to get the gel a while ago because my nose would dry out and bleed all the time. The gel works wonders..
