How can I find an oncologist who's willing to prescribe dichloroacetate 'off protocol' for a cancer patient?

Dichloroacetate (DCA) is the big buzz for cancer right now, and is used on patients for the treatment of lactic acidosis.
I have a person with gallbladder and liver cancer who would like to try DCA, as there is no treatment for her cancer. Since DCA is a legal drug, a doctor can prescribe it 'off protocol' or for use other than that specified--- or so I understand. I need to find an oncologist or doctor who uses DCA who will be willing to work with this patient. PLEASE.
