How can i get rid of the redness i have on my face?

i had a pimple on my cheek and like idk it was small, but now its got like alot of redness around it and it looks terrible i need some help how can i get rid of the redness as soon as possible?

Is the pimple itself gone now? The redness in the area is most likely just the result of increased blood supply to heal the previously infected and injured skin, and will fade as it heals. If you still have the pimple, it's providing white blood cells to fight the infection, and the redness is from that increased blood supply to the area. Either way, the redness will solve itself and there isn't much you can or should do. Keep the face clean and use a mild antiseptic like witch hazel, and possibly a drop of tea tree oil to help heal and sooth the skin. Keep your hands off the area otherwise, and it will heal faster. How fast it fades depends on how fast you heal, and the more you mess with it the longer that will take. Sorry, there isn't an instant cure. If you are male, you might consider taking it easy on shaving that area until it does heal. If you are female, go easy on the makeup and go without if possible. Avoid the concealers, they just aggrivate things.
