How can I increase my ejection fraction?

Answer:
1.Take the medication your Cardiologist has prescribed without fail.2. GRADUATED exercises ,using a pulse meter to control your heart rate limit. Preferably in a cardiac rehabilitation center, initially, under the supervision of a doctor.3. Avoidance of ALL the risk factors that you surely know all about.Good Luck
exercise with moderation especially as you begin. then gradually increase--even walking will help
If you have heart failure, your cardiologist will probably put you on a variety of medications that can increase your ejection fraction. Basically, there are a lot of areas that can be adjusted: increasing how strongly the heart beats, decreasing the blood pressure, optimizing the amount of fluid in the body, and making sure the heart rate and rhythm are in the normal range. If there are structural problems causing heart failure, such as valve disease, surgery can correct those.
