How bad is it for a diabetic not to eat?

its really bad if they don't eat cause there sugar can drop real low and they may go in to a low sugar coma. and when its real low they don't comprehend very well. so pleas do eat if its you your asking about cause if you alone and this happens it want be good at all it can lead to death and its not you please make sure who ever it is eats.

It is really bad for a diabetic not to eat!!! A diabetic needs to eat healthy and stick to what their Dr. has to say. It runs in my family so I see alot of it. If you don't eat, your sugar can drop and send you into a shock,that can lead to a coma if bad enough.

I am diabetic and I know if you take insullin and dont eat you could go into a diabetic coma. So not eating is a quick way to killing yourself
