no smoking ,oatmeal is good, eat vegetables , nothing fried.
Try meditation or anything that relax you and sleep well.
And most important , go to your doctor.
One way is to stay away from salt...check pre-made foods, example:canned soups and meats, frozen dinners. They are loaded in salt.
I've always heard that garlic is great for lowering the blood pressure. My mother has high blood pressure, but eating lots of garlic keeps it down... Of course, it keeps people away too.
Avoid salty and oily eatables. More of green vegs. try having some garlic.. it lowers down the blood pressure.
No salt, cigs,coffie, booze.
